All printer and multi function related service, toner and consumable items are 100% managed by CPR Plus, thus leaving more time for your IT staff to manage your network. Expensive inventory is no longer stored on your shelves. Toner and consumable items are shipped JIT (just in time).

By remotely monitoring your print fleet, we are able to collect meter reads without disrupting your staff. Additionally, we can identify over and under utilized hardware and provide solutions to streamline your printing needs. Reporting is available for future budgeting and can be separated by department. We can save about 20% of your current print management budget. This all inclusive solution is provided at a cost per page (CPP) that is billed monthly.

Because we are vendor neutral, we are not obligated to provide a single vendor solution in order to meet sales quotas. Your actual needs and budget is kept in mind when considering all possible device solutions. Your existing print fleet will be shifted around based on print trends before we add a new device.
